A PhD thesis in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala examined leadership skills in terms of performance competencies and job involvement among physical education teachers in the General Directorate of Education in Karbala Governorate.
The thesis came with the aim of building measures of leadership skills, performance competencies, and job involvement among physical education teachers in the General Directorate of Education of Karbala Governorate, and to identify the relationship between leadership skills and performance competencies.
The thesis recommended the need to adopt the standards that were built on other samples, and work to provide a school environment that has the capabilities that contribute to the performance of physical education teachers for their functional tasks, which increases job absorption.
