A master’s thesis in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences discussed the effect of exercises with blocks with the descending repetition method on forms of strength, speed, rapid fatigue, and achievement for 200-meter runners under 20 years old.

The thesis presented by the researcher Hassan Rahim Wahib came with the aim of preparing the exercises of the blocks with the method of descending repetition, and to identify the effect of the exercises of the aforementioned blocks with the method of descending repetition to develop forms of strength, speed and rapid fatigue, as well as to identify the preference of the effect between the exercises of the blocks of the bell with the method of descending repetition of the experimental group and exercises The control group developed forms of strength, speed and fast fatigue.
The study recommended the necessity of adopting the exercises of the kettlebells with the descending repetition method, because of its positive impact on the development of physical abilities, and conducting similar studies for other physical abilities and for different sporting events.
