The College of Dentistry at the University of Karbala organized a course on the effect of fats in the blood and the formation of atherosclerosis: interpretation from the chemical, pathological and surgical aspects, with the participation of a group of teachers and employees and in the continuing education hall. The first day of the course in which the teacher, Dr. Fatima Sahib Abd, lectured, included an explanation of the types of fats in the blood and their carriers, their normal and pathological levels, and the process of digestion and metabolism of fats in the human body.
