The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, a lecturer at the College of Pharmacy at the University of Mosul, honored Dr. Moataz Muwafaq Salman Al-Jubouri, for obtaining a grant from the British Council for Medical Specialties to support the work of his research team at the University of Oxford on finding treatments for brain tumors. During the honoring meeting, the Minister of Education affirmed his support for the distinguished scientific efforts presented by Iraqi teachers and researchers in international universities, praising the achievement presented by Dr. Moataz Muwafaq Salman al-Jubouri and his receipt of the British Council Medical Specialization grant award to support the work of his research team at Oxford University for the next five years. For his part, Dr. Moataz Muwafaq Salman expressed his appreciation for the interest shown by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, towards specialized researchers who make a distinguished contribution to the course of scientific discoveries that have an effective academic impact.
