The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the names of candidates applying for a French scholarship for the purpose of obtaining a doctorate degree for the academic year 2023/2024.
The Department of Missions and Cultural Relations explains that the candidates from the donor side will be interviewed, and if they pass the interview, it will be provided with their acceptances.
