The representative of the Elsevier Foundation in the Middle East and Africa, Mr. Muhammad Ahmed Zaki, confirms the Foundation’s agreement with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to enhance academic excellence, facilitate access to research publications in the Scopus database, and host Iraqi scientific journals.
