The lecturer at the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala, Professor Dr. Hassan Al-Judhaili, participated in the specialized training course for monitoring in the field of the right to education with the participation of the education directorates in Karbala, Najaf, Anbar, Wasit, Babylon, and Al-Qadisiyah, in cooperation with the High Commission for Human Rights, Karbala Governorate Office.
The course aimed to enhance the capabilities of workers in the General Directorates of Education to monitor and record cases of human rights violations in schools, and to take the necessary measures to prevent these violations.
The course included explaining and interpreting human rights, as well as addressing the right to education in international law, in addition to learning the basic principles of monitoring and conducting practical exercises for participants.
