Under the patronage of the respected President of the University of Karbala, Professor Dr. Basem Khalil Nayel, and under the supervision of the respected Dean of the College of Dentistry, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhannad Salah Abdel Sattar, and in the presence of a large number of professors and students, the Student Activities Division and the Women’s Empowerment Unit in the College of Dentistry opened the fourth annual charity bazaar, in cooperation with the team “Babylonian Fingers” charity. The aim of establishing this bazaar is to support children with cancer tumors. The amounts collected from this bazaar will be allocated to contribute to the purchase of chemical doses due to their unavailability in the relevant centers, or due to their high prices.
The annual opening of the bazaar and its establishment in the College of Dentistry stems from the belief of the college and its staff in creating a spirit of cooperation and humanitarian solidarity for the students, professors and all employees of the University of Karbala and focusing their attention on humanitarian charitable work, which enhances their initiatives towards helping and supporting groups in material and moral need and spreading the culture of joint cooperation.
The bazaar was visited by many distinguished scientific and academic figures from the University of Karbala, who expressed their support and support for such charitable initiatives and praised the efforts of those in charge of organizing them and their effective impact in providing support and improving the reality of society. We would also like to inform you that the bazaar will also be open tomorrow, Wednesday, the 25th. 10-2023 is the last day of the bazaar, and the invitation is general to everyone.
