The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the update of the guide for scholarship universities and private expenses for employees and non-employees for the academic year 2023/2024.

The decision to update the university guide (https://uguide.scrd-gate.gov.iq) emerging from the tenth meeting of the opinion body included the following:
▪️ Working with the updated scholarship university guide (for employees and non-employees) for the academic year 2023/2024, starting from the second course. The Ministry’s guides exclude Chinese, Chinese, and Universities if they appear among the classifications and universities that adopt the distance learning system.
▪️ Working with the updated guide for the recommended universities (private expenses) for non-employees only for the academic year 2023/2024, starting from the second course. Universities of the Chinese… after.
▪️ Public universities in all Arab countries are accredited for private expenses (for non-employees only).
▪️ In all of the above, it is required that study at the scholarship universities and the private expenses mentioned in the guide for employees and non-employees be with a regular attendance period.
