The Dean of the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala, Professor Dr. Durgham Al-Musawi, represented the President of the University of Karbala, Professor Dr. Basem Al-Saeedi, in the third international scientific conference at the Military Shrine.
The conference was held in cooperation with the University of Karbala and 24 other Iraqi universities.
The conference is part of the scientific activities that focus on researching the heritage, authenticity and civilization of the city of Samarra, through research presented by specialists in historical and religious heritage.
