The Dental Treatment Branch at the College of Dentistry / University of Karbala organized a discussion seminar entitled (Indirect Partial Restoration), where the target group for the discussion was the professors who are members of the Treatment Branch at the college, and the assistant lecturer Zaidoun Hassan Muhammad – Rapporteur of the Treatment Branch, lectured.
The seminar included a presentation of the latest research in the field of tooth preparation, especially the preparation of posterior partial dentures. This research included the use of new methods for preparing teeth in a way that ensures the success of these partial dentures in a practical manner, while avoiding preparing teeth using old methods, which have several disadvantages, including weakening the tooth structure, which leads to The possibility of the installation failing or breaking the tooth. Therefore, new research included the correct treatment method that ensures the integrity of the installation with the teeth for the longest possible period.
