The Director of the Registration and Student Affairs Division at the College of Dentistry/University of Karbala, teacher Fadel Nima Shalabh, presented congratulations and congratulations to Assistant Professor Dr. Raouf Rashid Al Tohme on the occasion of his assuming the position of Dean of the College of Dentistry with his staff in the aforementioned department, wishing him success and success in his work journey and expressing their willingness to cooperate.
