The College of Dentistry at Kerbala University officially opened, in the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Najm Abdel -Hussein Najm, under the supervision of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhannad Salah Abdel Sattar, and organized by the Student Activities Division represented by the Assistant Lecturer Barakat Zaini and in cooperation with the Babylonian team and under the “Children with Cancer are the Source of Hope and They Never Give up Two Things: God’s Mercy and the Strength of Prayer”, an exhibition and a charitable bazaar to support cancer tumors patients.

It is worth mentioning that the funds obtained from the bazaar are allocated to purchase the chemical doses. The bazaar included various posts for handicrafts, books, home accessories, games, artistic paintings, natural roses, ornamental fish, and household food. Hence, the bazaar allowed the talents that students possess to grow and develop.

Additionally, the Dean of the College, assistant professor Dr. Muhannad Salah Abdel Sattar, said: “We are working hard to provide facilities for all activities that students hold at the university and support them constantly to create a university environment that the students enjoy”.

The final remarks were made by the Scientific Assistant, who commended the students and those in charge of the bazaar and urged the other colleges to encourage students’ activities of all kinds, including this type of activity.
