The Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Karbala organized a workshop on the staff evaluation mechanism for the year 2022, in the presence of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhannad Salah Abd al-Sattar, the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs and a group of faculty and staff.
The workshop included an explanation of the axes and details of the annual evaluation form for employees for the year 2022, as well as a discussion of the axes in detail, clarification of the required documentation and the most important developments that occurred in each axle.
The head of the Quality Assurance Division, Assistant Lecturer Russell Nateq Turki, said that the aim of the workshop is to introduce the mechanism for evaluating the performance of employees after the developments that have been added to the paragraphs and the number of grades for each paragraph.
