Karbala University inaugurated the Staff District Complex as a center to receive a vaccine against the Corona virus in the Faculty of Dentistry, under the direct supervision of Prof. With the Karbala Health Department and according to the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in urging to receive the vaccine, and witnessed the influx of a number of teachers, staff and students, and the college’s affiliates and students have the right to attend their relatives to receive the vaccine.

The dean of the college said that Iraq is witnessing a continuous revolution in receiving the vaccine, and that the position of the higher education segment in its educational capacity plays an important role in society to educate about receiving the vaccine, whether at the level of professors, staff or students. He stressed that the University of Karbala, with all its faculties, has played a supportive and important role, since the beginning of the pandemic, in addressing the epidemic, and he hoped that the vaccine phase would turn the last pages of this damned epidemic.
