The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, issued ministerial orders appointing one thousand three hundred and twenty-eight holders of doctoral, master’s, diploma and bachelor’s degrees based on the decisions and legislation in force.

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research invites those included in the appointment whose names are published on the official website (www.mohesr.gov.iq) to come to the Ministry’s center to complete the fundamental appointment procedures that require the four original documents, in addition to color copies, personal photos (number 4) and documents Graduation, endorsement of graduation, or evaluation decision for granting the certificate (No. 2) and commencing work within a maximum period of ten working days in light of Ministerial Orders (591) (592) (593) dated 4/16/2023.
