The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, sent a letter of thanks and appreciation to the employees of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, governmental and private universities and colleges, their higher administrations, councils, teaching staff and employees.

The text of the book stated:

In an evaluation of the indicators of academic performance, cooperation, integration and teamwork in our educational institutions and coinciding with the blessed Eid Al-Fitr, we extend our thanks and appreciation to the employees of the Center of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, public and private universities and colleges and their higher administrations, councils, teaching staff and staff for meeting university and development goals and keeping pace with quality and the requirements of institutional and program accreditation.

We value the efforts of all our universities to develop their human and scientific resources, stimulate the environment of creativity and excellence, nurture students, keep pace with knowledge developments, provide specialized services to the community, raise their balance of scientific research in the capacities, and achieve competitive ranks in international rankings.
