The students of the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Karbala participated in the central ceremony held by the al-Abbas’s (p) holy shrine with the participation of 3,000 students from Iraqi universities who had recently graduated at the shrine of Abi al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), in the presence of the Sharia guardian, His Eminence Sayyid Ahmed al-Safi (may his glory last) and Professor Dr. Bassem Khalil Nayel Al-Saeedi, President of the University of Karbala, and on behalf of the Faculty of Dentistry, Mrs. Suha Kazem Youssef, responsible for student activities, presidents of a number of Iraqi universities, and religious, academic and popular figures.
The ceremony was launched in its second edition for this year under the slogan (From the land of Karbala yields giving).
This was followed by taking the graduation oath in front of the shrine of the shrine of Mawla Abi Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him).
The students expressed their joy at this event, and their thanks to the al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine and to the Al-Ameed educational group for this initiative.
