The Center for Continuing Education at the University of Karbala organized a training course for the development of university leaders and human resource leaders in the university presidency hall, in the presence of the university president, Prof.

The university president said, “The training program aims to measure the employee’s productivity after he receives the lectures of this course,” noting that “an electronic form was created in which the employee’s achievement is recorded on a daily basis.”

This activity comes based on the directives of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the emphasis of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on its implementation in order to raise the level of university performance administratively and scientifically.
The course, which lasts for one month, includes several topics in the administrative, legal and scientific fields.
