The Human Resources Division at the College of Dentistry at the University of Karbala has begun issuing administrative orders for the initiation of master’s degree holders who are appointed to permanent staffing.
This came in implementation of the ministerial orders issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to appoint holders of postgraduate degrees.
