The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, issued a ministerial order to appoint a number of holders of master’s and doctoral degrees, based on the decisions and legislation in force.

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research invites those included in the appointment whose names are published on the official website (www.mohesr.gov.iq) to come to the Ministry’s center to complete the formal appointment procedures that require the four original documents, in addition to color copies, personal photos (number 4) and graduation documents. Or endorsement of graduation or evaluation decision for granting the certificate (number 2) and commencement of work within a maximum period of ten working days in light of Ministerial Order 767 dated 17/5/2023.

On this occasion, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, congratulates the appointees for joining the educational institution and wishes them a career full of success and success.
