Nasal sedation

This involves spraying a concentrated form of an analgesic drug into the patient’s nose. This procedure is used in patients who are afraid of receiving an anesthetic injection or in patients with special needs. In this case, nasal sedation is combined with intravenous sedation for a deeper effect.
