Based on Cabinet Resolution No. 23044 of 2023 and the directives of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, to proceed with the implementation procedures on the specified date on 1/6/2023, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research Center concluded a contract with the International Smart Card Company to open a bank account and set up points devices POS electronic payment sales to complete its procedures in this regard.

In this regard, the Ministry started operating the system on the specified date, which is the first of June, in coordination with the contracting company, and started providing services to the auditors.
