Sometimes the orthodontic process requires the extraction of some permanent teeth, and most cases of extraction are the first emerging tooth. It is not excluded in the process of orthodontics to extract any tooth other than the first emerging.

In order to maintain dental health, and to avoid a situation in which the child is forced to undergo tooth extraction and other treatments, it must be ensured that the child maintains oral hygiene by brushing his teeth properly and using medical floss constantly.
