The College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala issued a special guide for managing the examination committee for the academic year 2023-2024.

The head of the technical support committee to support the work of the examination committees at the college, Muhammad Ali Fadel Al-Furati, said that the guide includes three chapters. The first chapter dealt with the tasks and duties of the chairman and members of the examination committee and their requirements, while the second provided a detailed explanation of the master sheet and the basic register, and methods for making examination maps, while discussing The third chapter covers the mechanism of operation of the electronic program, which includes students’ grades and methods for calculating the students’ cumulative average.

The guide aims to improve the quality of the examination committees’ work and reduce common mistakes that occur during the semester and final examinations.

It is noteworthy that the guide was prepared based on the examination instructions in force according to Law No. (031), of 2000, Article No. (5), and it also adopted the examination instructions and controls issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
