The Women’s Empowerment Division at the University of Karbala organized an art exhibition to support the Palestinian cause, in the presence and participation of a number of deans, professors and college employees.

The exhibition included paintings that showed the courage of Palestinian women and their standing in the face of difficult circumstances as a result of the Israeli bombing of areas in the Gaza Strip.

The attendees stressed the importance of the Palestinian people obtaining their usurped rights, including their right to self-determination and to live in lasting peace.

The University of Karbala witnessed many events and activities in support of the Palestinian issue, which is considered one of the important and pivotal issues for all the Iraqi people.
