Dr. Sattar Jabbar Zayer, a lecturer at the College of Law, University of Karbala, published a scientific book titled (The impact of verbal principles on drafting legal texts, a comparative study).
The author presents an insight into the extent to which the accuracy of the wording of a legal text affects the communication of the subject of that text, along with its impact on the time dimension of its application. The more precise its verbal formulation, the less need to amend it.
The book included three chapters, the first of which dealt with the concept of legal drafting of texts, while the second chapter was devoted to talking about the rooting of the concepts of the principles of jurisprudence, while the third chapter dealt with the legal applications of verbal principles.
