A lecturer at the College of Law at the University of Karbala, Dr. Salem Nima Rashid Al-Taie, published a book entitled (The Right of the President of State to Object to Laws), by the Legal House Foundation for Legal Services and Culture, Kufa, for the year 2024.
The book, which is located in (412), consisted of two chapters. The first discussed the nature of the head of state’s right to suspensively veto laws, his powers, and refraining from ratification. The second chapter dealt with the impact and consequences of the head of state’s right to suspensively veto.
