The President of the University of Karbala, Professor Dr. Bassem Khalil Nayel Al-Saidi, and his assistants for scientific and administrative affairs, Professor Dr. Najm Abdul Hussein Al-Janabi and Professor Dr. Akram Al-Yasiri, presented congratulations to the Governor of Karbala, his two deputies, and the President and members of the Provincial Council on the occasion of assuming duties.

During the visit, the university delegation spoke about the role played by the university to show the bright image of the city of Karbala, especially after receiving external students within the “Study in Iraq” initiative launched by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

For his part, the President and members of the Provincial Council thanked the university delegation, expressing his hope that cooperation between the two parties would bear fruit in serving the city of Karbala.
