The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the availability of a scholarship at the Azerbaijan University (ADA) for the non-employee category.

The Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations in the Ministry explains that the scholarship is provided by the University of ADA in the Republic of Azerbaijan (Alimardan Bek Topchubashov International) and for applicants for postgraduate studies and bachelor’s degrees, if available.
