The lecturer at the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala, Dr. Khaled Abdul Nabi, published a book titled Imam Ali (peace be upon him) and poetry.
The book, which was issued by Dar Al-Warith of the Holy Shrine of Hussein, included (320) pages divided into five chapters.
The book sheds light on the opinions that provide a new interpretation of Islam’s position on poetry and poets. It also addresses the phenomenon of citing Arabic poetry in the words of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) in terms of purposes, connotations, and meanings.
