A doctoral thesis at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences discussed the effect of rehabilitative exercises with different resistances on neuromuscular function, knee stabilizer muscle strength, and some skills for volleyball players with moderate meniscus tear.

The thesis submitted by researcher Arwa Najm Abdel Aoun aimed to prepare rehabilitation exercises with different resistances in neuromuscular function, knee stabilizing muscle strength, and some skills for volleyball players with moderate meniscus tear.

The thesis recommended the necessity of using the rehabilitation program proposed in the current research to rehabilitate the knee joint for those suffering from a moderate tear of the meniscus.
