There are many causes of gum disease. But one of the most common of these causes is sleeping with your mouth open. People with a third amygdala usually find it difficult to sleep with their mouth closed and sleep with their mouths open at night, usually with snoring. Sleeping with an open mouth causes air to constantly enter the patient’s mouth and dry the patient’s gums. Dry gums can also cause infection and bleeding. Obviously, in this case, the gums become dry, sensitive, swell and bleed with the slightest damage.
